My journey with polymer clay began in one of the most challenging chapters of my life in 2021. I started crafting small gifts for friends and family during a time when I felt lost, but what began as a simple creative outlet quickly turned into my lifeline. Working with polymer clay brought me tremendous inner peace—it felt like therapy in my hands. It sparked something I never thought possible: a passion for buildin g a business and living life with a sense of purpose.


Klaily was officially born at the beginning of 2023, starting at local markets and festivals across Florida. My diverse background in fine art, music, and IT serves as the foundation of Klaily. Years of experience in graphic design and painting taught me to see beauty in the smallest details, while my coding skills empower me to bring my vision to life—whether it’s designing earrings, creating websites, or running my online shop. Every piece I craft reflects this blend of creativity and precision, infused with the joy of bringing something meaningful into the world.


Over time, I honed my skills and found a deep connection with a specific style—ear threaders. Their elegance, lightweight feel, and versatility spoke to my artistic vision of creating jewelry that enhances without overwhelming, adding a unique yet effortless touch to everyday wear.


As I built a loyal community of plant and art lovers who connected with the heart behind my creations, I took another leap of faith in September 2025—transitioning fully online to focus on live selling through the Palmstreet app. The incredible support I’ve found there has helped my business flourish while giving me the gift of balance—more time for my family, my creativity, and the meaningful work I love most: crafting nature-inspired jewelry with intention and joy.

Yes! I use hypoallergenic materials for all Klaily earrings. Studs are made with stainless steel posts, and threaders feature high-quality plated chains.

Note: Stainless steel is widely considered hypoallergenic due to its tightly bonded structure, which helps prevent any trace elements (like nickel or lead) from leaching out—making it a trusted option for sensitive ears.



Are your earrings lightweight and comfortable to wear?

Absolutely. One of the biggest advantages of polymer clay is its lightweight feel, which makes Klaily earrings perfect for all-day wear—no tugging, no discomfort, just effortless style.



How do I care for my polymer clay earrings?

Because of its lightweight feel and flexible nature, polymer clay is ideal for creating bold, vibrant designs—without the heaviness of metal or the stiffness of traditional plastic jewelry. It offers a beautiful balance between comfort and creativity.

That said, while polymer clay is durable, it’s not indestructible. Unlike metal, which can endure more pressure, or hard plastic, which is more rigid, polymer clay is softer and more moldable—so it deserves a little extra care.

To keep your earrings in their best condition:

  • Avoid bending or applying strong pressure, especially in hot weather.

  • On warm days (like under direct summer sun), the clay may soften. If it feels a bit flexible, simply run it under cold water to help it firm back up.

  • When removing your earrings, hold and pull from the metal component—not the clay.

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.

With a little TLC, your Klaily earrings will remain vibrant, comfortable, and beautiful for years to come.



How long does it take to ship my order?

Since each piece is made to order, please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipping. Delivery time will then depend on your location and the carrier.

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.



Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes, I offer a 30-day return or exchange policy—especially for items that arrive damaged or break within that time.

If an item breaks, I kindly ask that you send a photo of the damaged piece. This helps me improve my craft and offer better quality moving forward.



Do you accept custom or personalized orders?

Yes! You can order a custom piece through the Custom Order listing in the shop menu. I’ll work with you to bring your idea to life.

Custom orders may require additional time depending on the design and quantity.
