Each piece is handmade with care. Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

U.S. Orders: 3-7 business days (Free Shipping!)

Canada: 7-14 business days

International: 10-30 business days (varies by country & customs)


5. Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes! You can select express shipping at checkout for faster delivery.


6. What if my package is delayed or lost?

Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for postal delays. However, if your order is lost, please contact us at info@klaily.co so we can assist you in filing a claim.

7. What materials do you use?

Our jewelry is made from high-quality polymer clay, gold/rhodium-plated chain, and high-quality UV resin. Each piece is lightweight, durable, and handmade with care.


8. How do I care for my ear threaders?

Daily Care:

• Store in the original box with anti-tarnishing paper after each wear.

• Use the included polishing cloth daily to maintain shine.


Deep Cleaning (Occasionally):

• Mix one cup of water with a few drops of Dawn soap.

• Gently clean with a soft cloth, rinse, and dry completely before storing.


Avoid:

• Water, sweat, perfumes, and harsh chemicals.

• Abrasive materials or excessive pulling on the chain.

9. Why can’t I find the style I saw at a local market on your website?

Great question! Since all of our pieces are handmade, some designs are exclusive to in-person events and may not be available online. We love creating one-of-a-kind pieces that you can only find at our pop-up markets!
