Hi, I’m Chau, the creator behind Klaily.

Klaily began in 2021 during a season of my life when I was searching for healing, purpose, and a creative outlet. What started as a simple curiosity about polymer clay quickly turned into a passion. I spent countless late nights learning, experimenting, making mistakes, and slowly discovering my own artistic style.

In the beginning, I created all kinds of earrings, exploring different colors, techniques, and designs. Every collection taught me something new, and over time Klaily evolved alongside me. What started as a small creative hobby gradually grew into a business, a community, and eventually a dream.

In early 2023, I took the leap and began selling at local markets and art festivals while still working full-time in the tech industry. Those weekends taught me so much—not only about running a business, but about connecting with people, sharing my story, and seeing firsthand how handmade art could bring joy to others.

Then in August 2024, life took an unexpected turn when I was laid off from my tech job. What initially felt uncertain became one of the biggest blessings of my journey. I decided to take a chance on myself and pursue Klaily full-time.

One thing I’ve learned throughout this journey is that growth rarely happens in a straight line.

Nature has always been one of the places where I find stillness, inspiration, and a sense of wonder. As I continued creating, I became fascinated by the incredible shapes, colors, patterns, and personalities found in plants. Every leaf seemed to tell its own story. What started as a few experimental designs unexpectedly resonated with others, and before I knew it, plant-inspired earrings became a signature part of Klaily.

In September 2025, Klaily went through another major transformation. I stepped away from local markets and art festivals to focus entirely on building an online community. Today, most of our journey happens through livestreams, where plant lovers gather to discover new designs, share stories, and connect with one another from all over the country.

Today, these designs allow me to combine my love of art with my appreciation for nature’s beauty. Each piece is handcrafted from polymer clay and is my way of capturing a small moment of wonder and turning it into something wearable.

Through livestreams, social media, and every package that leaves my studio, I’ve been fortunate to build connections with people who have become much more than customers. Many have become friends, supporters, and part of the Klaily family.

Klaily is also very much a family effort. My parents help bring many of these creations to life, and together we pour care, intention, and gratitude into every order.

But beyond earrings, Klaily has always been about something deeper.

My mission is simple: to bring more joy, light, and wonder into the world through the gifts I’ve been given, while encouraging others to do the same.

I believe every person has unique talents, creativity, and their own way of making the world a little brighter. Mine happens to be creating tiny pieces of art inspired by the beauty I see around me. Through Klaily, I hope to remind people to slow down, stay curious, appreciate the little things, celebrate what brings them joy, and share their own light with others.
